Fee reductions

20% reduction

Course fees from €80.00 (fees for several courses may be added together) may be reduced on request by 20% for following persons:

• school pupils
• students
• apprentices
• severely disabled persons
• recipients of social welfare benefits.

25% reduction on any course fee

• holders of a Jugendkulturpass

50% reduction on any course fee

• holders of a Heidelberg-Pass

Please submit all required documents upon registration. A course fee cannot be reduced after payment has been made.

No reductions can be granted for: courses that are already subsidised by other authorities; study and sightseeing trips as well as costs for books and materials.
